Index to Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.) financing statements, 1967-[ongoing].

The probate judge of each county is required to index all filed U.C.C. financing statements (see Ala. Code, 7-9-403[4] [1975]). The index is arranged by surname of the debtor and includes the name and address of the debtor, the U.C.C. file number, and any trade names indicated.
